Brief
Brainie needed a purpose-built e-learning platform tailored to the specific workflows and expectations of finance professionals studying for high-stakes certification exams. The platform had to deliver a Q-bank, mock exams, summary notes, and video content in a way that was fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to use during short study windows — whether at a desk or on the go.
Challenge
Building for investment professionals is a different challenge entirely compared to general e-learning. The audience is time-constrained, detail-oriented, and has zero tolerance for a clunky or confusing interface. The platform had to handle complex, content-heavy study material without overwhelming users — and had to work just as well on a phone during a commute as it did on a desktop during a deep study session.
Solution
We built a full e-learning platform with a strong focus on clarity, speed, and accessibility across all devices. The Q-bank was built to support quick, focused practice sessions with detailed answer explanations. Mock exams were structured to mirror the real CFA exam experience as closely as possible. Accessibility best practices were implemented throughout, ensuring the platform served all users regardless of ability or device.

The platform has helped thousands of candidates pass their exams, earned Brainie the title of "Best ESG Investing Exam Preparation Specialists" for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024), and positioned the company as a trusted official prep provider for both CFA Institute and GARP. The 2026 curriculum version was recently launched, confirming the platform's continued growth and relevance.
