Inito is a Y Combinator-backed FemTech startup that has raised $15 million to build the world's most advanced at-home fertility monitor. Their device measures four key fertility hormones on a single test strip — Estrogen, LH, PdG, and FSH — delivering lab-grade results directly to a user's phone in under 10 minutes. We built and delivered their digital platform, creating the web experience that brings Inito's science to life for women navigating their fertility journey.

Inito needed a digital platform that matched the precision and trust of their medical-grade hardware. The website had to educate, convert, and reassure a highly sensitive audience — women trying to conceive, often after difficult experiences — while presenting complex hormonal science in a way that felt approachable, not clinical.

Fertility is an emotionally charged space. The platform had to strike a delicate balance: medically credible enough to earn trust, warm and accessible enough to connect with users on a personal level. Presenting four-hormone science, personalized cycle tracking, and clinical-grade accuracy to non-medical users — without overwhelming or alienating them — was the central challenge.

We built a fully responsive web platform that translated Inito's complex science into a clean, intuitive user experience. The design language balanced modern precision with warmth — grounding users in the data they needed while making the journey feel supportive and empowering. Every page was built to be fast, accessible, and optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Approach

The platform was built around a deep understanding of the target user — women at various stages of their fertility journey, from first-time trackers to those working closely with medical professionals. Content architecture, visual hierarchy, and navigation were all designed to reduce friction and build confidence quickly.
